Is this the original Off-Broadway run of Ruthless? I thought when I read up on its history that it played Off-Broadway not long after its run in Los Angeles.

It looks like there was a NYC run in '92, so I would not characterize this production as an "Original Off-Broadway Cast."

The show played from June 2015 to Sep of 2016 at the St Luke's Theatre. Peter Land and Bernadette Peters are replacing Paul Pecorino and Andrea McCullough in this recording. The rest in this recording are the originals from the Off broadway show.
