Christmas in New York - 2009 Studio Recording

I've noticed that this recording is up for deletion. It says it violates the terms of the website but it has been on the site since September 2009 and contains songs from shows and they are sung by West End performers. Could you explain further why this violates the website terms as it being posted here is a valuable resource to many cast recording collectors.
