Was there a 45 and a CD release of the mini-album? The cover with logo is from a CD with a different label number shown. Two separate releases?

The mini-album has never been released on CD.

The original masters were lost in the Yekos' divorce, so the best we can hope for is that a future release will include the tracks from an LP rip -but it's exceedingly unlikely.
