The version I own has 25 unnamed tracks containing songs and dialogue.

The demo that I have is 12 tracks. I also have a live recording consisting of 25 tracks.

Well, I'll see your 12-untitled-track demo and raise you a 27-track soundboard (already posted to the site, but marked for deletion) and a 50-track soundboard recording (not posted, but why bother?)
I don't understand why the former is not within the scope of the site. It's close to the only available recording of the show. It's not an "air" tape. No cast recording or Broadway transfer has been announced. I've provided a cast list, production information, track names and even art from the production. I guess these things are just fickle sometimes.
